Descendants
of Genghis Khan
come riding
on their thoroughbred horses;
Their
excellent horse archers,
aiming,
shooting at the targets.
They come like a thunderstorm
They come like a thunderstorm
vanish as if
a tornado;
They leave
behind nothing but the dead
and stinking
burnt debris of once magnificent cities.
Catastrophic,
devastating, these warriors
come riding
from the heart of Mongolia;
Hungry for
killing, thirsty for blood
here come
the Great Mongols.
